Just off Main St., near the WCSX radio tent, we stumbled across this awesome customized bus. The guys who made it took 6 months to tailor the bus into a Wolverine Machine!!!
We were snapping pictures and the father of the man who created it invited us for a tour inside. Check it out!
The University of Michigan football team jumped in to this season with a bout with the Utah Utes. This also gave us a reason to relaunch Michigan-Football-Parking.com, an ode to football fans and people who park on the lawns of houses near the University of Michigan football stadium.
Here’s a quick look into some of the crowd near our house:
The hot Labor Day weekend sun didn’t keep too many fans away, as many flocked to the stadium to see the debut of Rich Rodriguez, U-M’s new football coach.
Wolverine football fans were also greeted by towering construction of the stadium’s new luxury boxes. The boxes should be completed by 2010, according to reports.
Here’s a look at the gate and fans on Saturday:
It was great to see many of our tailgating friends return and we’re all looking forward to seeing you in the coming weeks!
Discover the the joys of parking only a couple skips from Michigan's football stadium. We're conveniently located near U-M stadium's Gate 8 near Main St. and Keech St.
Keech St. is on the south side of Main St., where you'll also see a great U-M schwag shop for inexpensive Michigan shirts, stadium supplies, seat covers, ponchos and just about anything else you need.
Come meet us on game days. We often play corn hole in the street and grill brats and hamburgers.
Park on our lawn for $30 or just stop by to play a game of corn hole.
